okay, ladies. here it is. the november challenge. we'll be concentrating on food and exercise only.

define and stick to your food plan--5 points
define and follow your own exercise goal--5 points
post starting weight tomorrow (sunday) morning.

that's it. easy peasy. don't forget to keep up with your water and veggies even though we won't be tracking it here.

we're all going to start the holiday season with such strong streaks going we won't want to break them.
