happy september, everybody. it's hard to believe the summer is over. it really flew by, didn't it?

sparkguy is going to be launching some new features on the site based on his 10 minutes of exercise streak philosophy. with that in mind, i thought i would switch things up a little. this month we're going to focus on streaks. we'll use our same basic format, but put the emphasis on streaking (no, not that kind)

you get 1 point for achieving each of the following every day.

follow your food plan
10 minutes exercise (yes, only 10)
8 cups water
5 fruits/vegetables
check in, post on chitchat thread

there are no free days. instead, you'll get bonus points for keeping a streak going. a streak starts with 5 days. every 3rd day after that earns 5 bonus points. if you break your streak, you start over again, getting your 1st bonus points on day 5. any streak that lasts the entire challenge (august 31-september 27) earns an additional 25 point bonus. post your progress however you like.

p.s. if you miss a day of posting, you will still get your other points, as long as you post them the next day.
