My goals:
1. Accept and be grateful for my body and my metabolism as they are. No feeling sorry for myself.
2. Veggies and protein at every meal. Fasting 16 hours every 24, when possible due to exercise schedule.
3. Mindful eating. Pay attention to every bite.
4. No guilt when I am unable to stay on plan. When I get off track, get back on ASAP.

happy almost april, everybody! emoticon emoticon this is the start of the 2nd quarter.

april's challenge will be a team effort, like we did in january. points will be averaged out. please remember to add your points daily. emoticon the teams are:

emme
erika
judy

ryan
becky
bella

here are the guidelines

1. food: 10 points for sticking to your plan emoticon
2: exercise: 1 point/minute emoticon
3: water: 1 point/ounce emoticon
4. sweets: 5 points if you keep it under 150 calories emoticon

bonus points:

exercise 5 days in a week and get 5 extra points for that week.
drink more than 64 ounces of water in a day and get 5 extra points


weekly challenges worth 10 points each

week 1: do 75 jumping jacks over the course of the week
week 2: do 75 sit-ups over the course of the week emoticon
week 3: do 50 push-ups (reg or modified) over the course of the week emoticon
week 4: run or walk 5 miles over the course of the week emoticon
