Erika's New Year Challenge

Starting weight (home scales): 136.8

- Did I drink enough water?
- Did I eat the way I wanted/planned?

WEEK 1
Sunday 5 - 3 (did not eat 100% mindfully. did not post.)
Monday 6 - 5 (good job on mindful eating!)
Tuesday 7 - 5 (good job on mindful eating!)
Wednesday 8 - 5 (giving myself exercise point anyway because I am sick)
Thursday 9 - 5 (last day no exercise--finally starting to turn the corner)
Friday 10 - 5
Saturday 11 - 5 (still on track with eating! yay)

Sunday 12 - 3 (no exercise, no post, did well with eating on the travel day)
Monday 13 -5 (giving myself the eating point in spite of cookies, they were tracked and I was still in range)

My goals:
1. Accept and be grateful for my body and my metabolism as they are. No feeling sorry for myself.
2. Veggies and protein at every meal. Track on WW purple plan. Try for 14 hours fasting every 24, when possible due to exercise schedule.
3. No guilt when I am unable to stay on plan. When I get off track, get back on ASAP.
