Thursday 6/1
1 I had time to cook tonight and made a yummy dinner with lots of veggies
2 I remembered to go get my allergy shot so my allergies won't be bothering me tonight like they did last night

My goals:
1. Accept and be grateful for my body and my metabolism as they are. No feeling sorry for myself.
2. Veggies and protein at every meal. Track on WW purple plan. Try for 14 hours fasting every 24, when possible due to exercise schedule.
3. No guilt when I am unable to stay on plan. When I get off track, get back on ASAP.

1 I stayed at the pharmacy long enough to pick up my script and didn't get too annoyed at the pharmacist even though I was legit there for an hour and a half
2 i was actually paying enough attention to notice a new little free library when I was walking between my appointments

fri
1 got through work despite a massive headache.
2 provided some support for others online.

sat
1 wrote in my journal
2 talked with a friend.

sun
1 spent time talking to friends
2 made sure to have enough water.

mon
1 Told my husband how I was feeling.
2 Did well with some frustrating situations (work was stressful and missed my bus coming home).

tue
1 I made and kept a last minute therapy appointment.
2 I journaled

1 Finally finished a book I started reading in January.
2 Journalled.

thu
1 Did all the laundry. Washed and dried, put away about half.
2 Also made dinner.

fri
1 went to the post office and also bought more bus tokens. This little trip zonked me out and I took a nap.
2 made dinner. You guys may not know how big this is for me. I'd been having to have DH make it for months.

sat
1 went swimming and actually enjoyed it for a little while.
2 made a very honest Facebook post.

1 One of my favorite authors liked my tweet about one of his books, and wrote to me. Yay, thanks, Adrian McKinty.
2 Had a good night of playing music after getting piles of work done during the day.

1 Had a migraine, but took a break from screens instead of pushing through
2 Made some healthy Mexican food for dinner

1 Finished up exam reading, yay!
2 Had a good, fun singing workshop.

Sunday 6/4
1 Had a night out in San Francisco with DH
2 Finished a blog entry for edx.org

Monday 6/5
1 Got a journal issue out
2 FInished search report

Tuesday 6/6
1 Made a new friend! Had a great time chatting.
2 Found some good clothes for camping at the consignment shop.

Wednesday 6/7
1 Yay, a me day. Pedicure and haircut.
2 Started planning Australia trip.

Thursday 6/8
1 Good jam with friends last night
2 Had a nice lunch out with DS and SIL to plan Alaska outings

Friday 6/9
1 Shopped for healthy food (I never shop!)
2 Had a good voice lesson

1 today was a beautiful, sunny day and i got to drive with my windows and my moonroof open
2 i went to services this morning, even though i didn't feel well when i woke up, and being there helped me feel so much better (not to mention that it saved me from the guilt i would have felt if i had not said the memorial service today)

fri
1 made it through a killer pt session with added weight to my exercises
2 massive cleaning and disposing of unnecessary stuff

sat
1 accepted that my body could not make it to synagogue this morning
2 joined and posted on the buy nothing group (thank you, erika)

sun
1 ethan and norm planted the vegetable garden
2 all 3 of us went out to eat and had a device free dinner

mon
1 went shopping just to walk around the store and get some exercise
2 didn't freak out when i ate too much

tue
1 improvised a dinner that came out good
2 found out i only have about 2 more weeks of pt

wed
1 really pushed myself in spin to the point that the teacher told me i need to hold back a little. i was getting my heart rate too high.
2 decided i would try to go to the cape get-together

1 had a really good training session; my first one in quite a while
2 one of my students did a great job leading evening services
