New goals as of 1/19:
Food: 3-4 cups veggies per day, no sugar, no grains, track on MyFitnessPal
Exercise: Do physical therapy exercises at least 6x per week (shoulder, hip, IT band)

Resolution: Spend time with DD

My goals:
1. Accept and be grateful for my body and my metabolism as they are. No feeling sorry for myself.
2. Veggies and protein at every meal. Track on WW purple plan. Try for 14 hours fasting every 24, when possible due to exercise schedule.
3. No guilt when I am unable to stay on plan. When I get off track, get back on ASAP.

1 point for meeting a food goal. it can be continuing with something you've been doing, or starting something to develop a new habit.

1 point for exercising a minimum of 10 minutes/day. try to build up a few minutes at a time.

1 point for sticking to your 2016 resolution goal. once you make 14 consecutive days of achieving this goal, you can switch to another resolution if you want. or you can continue to strengthen the goal you've been working on.

1 point for posting to the NEW "i'm proud of myself because..." thread. this will be where we check in with our daily successes. this can be anything from not eating that cookie that you really didn't want anyway to i made someone smile today. the only restriction on this thread is that you can't use the same success more than once.

total 4 points/day x 28 days= 112 points

on sunday, january 31, we will each review our success for january and decide if we've been successful or if we need to continue in february.

prizes for:
