My goals:

Whole foods with a focus on veggies. Eliminate the constant snacking. Less dairy. Get up from my desk every hour. Take at least a 20 minute lunch break each day. Walk a mile each day that I am not running. Focus on cross training.

I have this goals specifically laid out with how I will do them.

My goals for 2018:

Eat breakfast every day.

Choose healthy snacks

Three 10 minute walks during the day, at work, five days/wk.

Thank-you for creating this post Richard and Happy New Year :)

My goals are:

For the year:

1. Run/walk 10K
2. Eat less processed food/more whole foods (aiming for 80% whole foods by the end of the year).

For January:

1. Complete Fitness Blender workout program.
2. Eat only whole foods for snacks.
3. Start my sea swim training.

My challenges will be to try to stck to a light breakfast and a medium dinner each day, exercise each day and avoid binge-eating, my weight will also be monitored. 31 Dec 2017 168kg start weight.
