This is a one month challenge for the month of June I'm starting early this Monday the 28th of May and going till the end of June.

Im challenging you to make the time in your day to join with me in listing everything you have had to eat and drink for the day under What Are You Eating Today? in the general discussion forum.

This means you must be honest if you muck up or cheat on a given day, you still must list what you ate and had to drink daily! Fess up be honest!

If you are serious about reaching your goals and are really trying hard to reach them then you should not be afraid of this challenge.



Just copy the template below hit reply and paste and fill out your food and drinks intake for the day.

BREAKFAST

MORNING TEA

LUNCH

AFTERNOON TEA

DINNER

SNACKS

DRINKS

Can you do it? Are you up for the challenge? Can you lead a good example to others?

I think you can.



If you are doing the right thing and really trying then it should be an easy challenge. The only hard thing perhaps will be planning your days and weeks around allowing the time to do it.

Im sure if this can help me stay on track it can help you stay on track.

Dont be shy or embarrassed if you mess up keep being honest and listing / tracking into the team daily what you had to eat and drink.

We all mess up and go off track every now and again but that should not stop us from getting right back up and pushing along to reach our goals.

Nobody is perfect but we can all try our best its just for 1 month after all.
