I stick to whole foods as much as possible.
I read labels.
I will see if I can find a link to the additive codes.. (i'll get back to you if I can find one.)

An easier way to achieve this is to stick to whole-foods wherever possible and reading the labels on any processed foods to determine ingredients

A link to an additive code table may be useful. Does anyone have such a link?
