first port-of-call for me is to ensure adequate sleep, as deprivation can send the body hormones haywire.
Because I am for the most part house-bound, there is not a lot of stress on a daily basis.
I have a huge emphasis on not letting things worry me. eg finances or current state of health.
Things always change so there is no purpose in constant worry.

Many resources for combating stress can be found here.
When is comes to the crunch a bit of timeout each day for breathing exercises or a power nap can work wonders.

I eat emotionally. Sometimes I can stop and know what I am doing and stop it.. other times ,, I don't stop it.

The pain passes only the beauty will remain.

How is stress affecting the way you eat? Is there something that you can do about it this week? We would like to hear about it!
