When we have had pizza at home, we wrap and freeze every left-over piece.
We can then heat and eat on an occasional basis.

I have also heard about putting sticky notes around to remind ourselves of our goals and to be mindful about eating. Also pictures of what we would LIKE to look like....

I saw a hint where if you put a sheet in a prominent place which tabulates WHEN & Why you are having any food or drink then this can be a guide to consume more mindfully.
Unfortunately this is nothing that I have implemented for myself so far, but maybe a useful tool for members.

Sounds good! I'm a planner so I usually have things cooked and packed the night before,but then I get to work and there's 5 pizza's in the kitchen the manager got for us! Ugh!! Will not give in !!! Diane

Great thoughts and desires to eat right, but didn't pack the lunch so it didn't happen yesterday!

Packed the lunch and dinner and snacks today - so here's hoping for a better today!
