Good challenge.
In our household we already take 2 tablespoons of psyllium husk, each, per day.

I can highly recommend this.

Let's keep track of our fiber intake this week.

To add fiber to the things you track on your SparkPeople Nutriion page:

Go to the Track Your Food page.

Under the heading of Settings, click on Edit Nutrition Goals.

Click on Add Another Nutrient to Track.

From the drop down list, select Fiber.
