No, it comes in a box dry and uncooked. The company is Ancient Grains, I think?

I have a mesh strainer for rinsing quinoa but it still tends to get all over. I think I need to get one with a smaller mesh.

I found a great type of quinoa that comes pre-rinsed.

I keep some individual portions of rice in the freezer, too. They're great to put in my lunch bag.

excellent advice. I cook up a pot of quinoa or brown rice in my rice cooker and have it ready in the fridge..It keeps wonderfully and so easy to add to a meal or snack. emoticon

Keep an eye on the grains you consume this week. Are they mostly whole and unprocessed? If not, try adding some quinoa or brown rice to the menu!
