I've been having trouble with filling half a plate unless I'm having a salad or a stri-fry. 1/3 is no trouble, though. emoticon

Good for you FitCat! This is something that I would love to do more consistently. I usually go shopping once a week so sometimes my fresh fruits and veggies run out too fast.

Today I had a cup of watermelon chunks with 1/2 cup of organic O's cereal for breakfast.

Yesterday I filled my dinner plate with a salad made from spinach, baby lettuces, and watercress; and cheese tortellini. Tonight we'll have baked potatoes topped with sauteed veggies. This will be my second vegetarian day in row.

I normally fill half my plate with veggies, so it's not really a challenge for me.

Fill half your plate with fruit and/or vegetables at each meal. Let us know how you do!
