I will go with perfect health because I wouldn't have any of this constant joint pain also I was 114 in high school and still had low self esteem, 120 in university and still had low self esteem. I'm much happier when I can actually accomplish something physically or if I have a good night's sleep. Perfect health is what will matter most in my old age anyway not how perfect my body looks. What use will how good I look be if I can't walk or breathe on my own?

For me it would be perfect health.

First, when I was a 120 pounds, I still wasn't happy with my body. I don't think this is atypical. Certain parts of a body just aren't wonderful (knees and noses come to mind).

Because I have had a few brushes with death (brain aneurysm for example), I know that health is important because a) bad health is very costly b) bad health gets in the way of normal activities c) bad health puts you on the edges of socialization d) with good health you feel naturally happier and more full of energy to do productive things.

I've watches others lose their lives not taking care of their blood sugar levels, getting cancer and not being able to eat for the last four months of their life due to cigarettes and I can witness that bad health is not a quick hardship. Also it has a profound impact on those around.

Good health - order up!

For me. it would be perfect health. Then, you'd have the energy to take care of your bod; and, you would have a 'perfect' bod.

If you had the choice between having a perfect body or perfect health, which one would you choose and why?

For me, it would have to be perfect health. With perfect health, I wouldn't worry about my shape so much nor would I care what others thought about it. With perfect health, noone would need to think "DIET" ever again.
