To me healthy is if you feel good both physically and mentally.

You have energy, you feel strong and rested. You feel calm/at peace/happy for the most part. It doesn't mean you don't have bad days but as a whole your mood is generally good. Eating well, exercising regularly and sleeping well as well making sure you have a support system you can depend on.

"If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you."
Call me Sandy.

When I see healthy. It is someone that has interest in what is going on in their world.. Smiles and talks with friends and neighbors. Encourages others to be all they can be.

Eats well, exercises moderately and is proud of where they are with their weight and body.

When you think of someone being healthy, how would you describe them?

To me, being healthy is feeling good, having plenty of energy to do what you want to do, to be at a size you're comfortable at and feel satisfied with.
