Oh yes I tend to forget about the back when it comes to running and walking. Need to do some back strengthening exercises.

Dang :o. Your feet must have been killing you.

Aside from Sunday I haven't been working on my fitness much in the morning (or at all) I have a 5K walk this evening for St. Patty's though so yay ^_^.

Week 1: 193 minutes emoticon

Week 1 was consistent morning exercises, walking on Monday, running on Wednesday and Friday, and walking again Saturday Night.

Week 2 has started off with swimming and walking on Sunday and morning exercises on Monday.

No, there shouldn't be a problem unless I get sick which I hope I won't. We plan to go fishing tomorrow plus I'll do my regular routine both tomorrow and on Saturday, so I should actually go over the 400 minutes. We'll see what happens.

The first week is almost over. I have 90 minutes so far ^_^. That's half of what I am supposed to do for the week. I'm hoping to go running tomorrow for another 30 minutes and then there is a night walk on Saturday plus my morning exercises.

How is everyone doing with their fitness minutes tracking? Any new exercises you are trying this week or routines?

I don't have a pedometer unfortunately but for those of you that do now is the time to use it.

If you have a pedometer, wear it all the time. All those extra steps add up. Make sure you add those steps to your fitness tracker so it can be counted.

Challenge
Spring will be here soon and hopefully that means for many of you that means things will start to warm up and you can enjoy the outdoors more. For this challenge, we want to see how many fitness minutes you can track each week.

All you need to do is come back in this thread each week of the challenge and post your weekly fitness minutes.

Length
The Challenge is 3 weeks long and starts March 1st and ends March 20th (Spring Equinox/start of Spring)

Prizes
Each week everyone that takes part in the challenge will receive a team goodie.
And at the end of the 3 weeks the person with the most Fitness Minutes total will get a super goodie prize (and bragging rights).
