I really don't think it matters how often we weigh as long as we remember we have daily fluctuations and you'll see the yo-yo-ing. Lately I've been weighing twice a day, like Donna. Once in the morning and once at night, to determine how well I stayed on track.

i weigh mysrlf twice a day . once in the morining and once at might before i go to bed . this gives me a picture of how i did all day long yes at times it is upsetting to look upon .

i am not weighing right now - I was weighing too often and it was discouraging so I tossed the scales. I am planning to get scales again soon.. just don't know when. Weighing too often can be an unnecessary burden when done on a daily basis.. Weekly or every other week should be sufficient.. emoticon

one of the biggest losers on this site, said he measured his weight daily. That being said, weight can fluctuate due to fluid etc. so it may be more relevant to note in particular, a weekly reading, taken at the same time of day in the same outfit. I find first thing in the morning, before fluids or food and after a bathroom visit, to be the best. Note, the big loser was also a male and therefore had the potential for quicker weight-loss than a female

How often do you weigh, and do you feel it's better to weigh daily or just once a week?

I weigh daily to keep myself accountable but I think I need to just weigh once a week on Sundays. This way I wouldn't see the day to day yo-yo-ing I do.
