I love challenges, I just sometimes have a hard time sticking with them since life gets in the way. My husband doesn't understand how I could be motivated by a challenge or need them.

I'm going to be trying to eat more fruits and veggies because I have been getting away from healthy, so that sounds great to me.

Hey Everyone

I'm new to Sparkpeople. I don't want to step on toes, but I thrive on challenges to keep me motivated with, well, pretty much anything. I see the note at the top that our team leader hasn't been very active lately so until she is again, or until we have a new leader, what do you all think of creating a November Challenge??

Does anyone have any suggestions? Maybe we could do something to do with trying new foods - try 3 new foods each week and report back how we prepared?? Or to eat 9 servings of fruit/vegetables each day (apparently this is the magic number for cancer prevention, therotically it should be easy for a flexitarian but.....)

What do you think?
