Paula's Cauliflower Rice

Nutritional Info

Servings Per Recipe: 2

Introduction

Great to add to vegetables or as a side dish. Can be used on the side instead of potatoes or rice when making a stew or casserole.

Minutes to Prepare: 5
Minutes to Cook: 7

Ingredients

6 clove Garlic
3 sprigs Parsley
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cup Cauliflower, raw

Directions

Wash parsley and cauliflower then put into a food processor with garlic and process until it is like a rice consistency.

Add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin cold pressed olive oil to a frying pan.

When hot add all ingredients from the food processor and cook until lightly browned remembering to stir quite frequently so as not to burn it.
