agree that bruschetta can be great for when guests come over.
also can be made on a variety of different bases, flatbreads, rye or rice biscuits etc

My mother would like this recipe as she eats avocados and I don't (not on my blood type but on hers)

I've made bruschetta before with chopped up basil, oregano, thyme, parsley and mixed up lime juice pepper and salt and cut up tomato into small cubes I had it on the same type of bread as your recipe.

Different types of bruchatta can be great as starter dish or for nibbles if visitors come over.
