As I am a new member, I'm not sure whether this recipe is new or one that everyone knows. But it's simple, tasty, nutritious, and it's new to me....maybe it will serve someone else who is looking for a quick breakfast or lunch. I found it in Blatner's "The Flexitarian Diet".

1 cup lowfat plain kefir
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 small banana

Mash peanut butter into banana, blend (with immersion blender or whatever works for you) into kefir. I added a little ground ginger and cinnamon.

 Pounds lost: 42.6
