on a recent blog
a friend suggested using a 4day average to compensate for my erratic scale my weights now are
1/Jan 370.3 pounds
15/Jan 377.5 pounds
29/Jan 372.9 pounds
13/feb 369.4 pounds
next average will be 27/feb

My challenge for this year is to drink more water, monitor my food intake and to do more fitness minutes.
