My aim is 1500 - 2000 a day but have been stressed this week which upsets my tum so only averaged 1100-1200 and dropped 2 kgs.

I'd like to go back to the middle of my maintenance range, I'm 600gr above. So 2.5kg loss would do me in the next 8 weeks.

My current weight is 83.1kg my goal is 78kg by end of March.

Not doing cardio at the moment so my goal is cardio 5 times a week; Pilates once a week.
Mindful breathing or heart breathing every day.
