My goals are to get myself back on track & my weight back down... I was doing alright, then couldn't resist the chocolate Halloween candy...
My goal is also to exercise every day that I can.
And I have some size 18 jeans that I'm really close to fitting into. MY goal is to fit into them by Thanksgiving, which may very well not happen, so then by Christmas or New Year's.
I'd also like to NOT gain weight during the holiday season (this will be my 3rd holiday season active on Sparks & both of the others I ended the holiday season with a gain! grrr!

What are some of your goals for this month?

Mine is to get my butt back into the gym tomorrow afternoon and talk to the owner about taking some classes she is offering and put myself on to some sort of schedule.

She sent me an email last week and I am True to doing this for me!
