I am now 33 weeks. I've only worked out once this month but plan on changing that soon.
At this stage, I use the treadmill and Leslie sansone dvd's because they are easy to do while pregnant and I like being able to use the weights since I dont do the intense strength training anymore. That's my little update on me.

Alee, congrats on being so close to the birth of the baby!!

I'm Corina, I joined SP the end of June, but didn't really "start" until July 1st. I have lost nearly 30 pounds and now am a maintainer (I've done research and really should not go below 109) I'd really like to maintain a weight of 112-115 -
I do have some exciting news to share - Friday I went and bought a new outfit (I never ever buy new clothes as with 4 children, I put them first and wear mine until they are unwearable) But my "skinny" jeans are TOO BIG! So I HAD to go get a new outfit... Wore it today and had lots of compliments... I honestly can't remember ever buying a size 3... ya, a size THREE!! WOW - my "skinny" jeans that I was wanting to fit back into was a size 5. I still am in shock that I am a size 3 now! And it feels awesome! Thanks to Spark People!!

Dec 2008-Dec 2009 I faithfully maintained a 107-109... Unfortantely after Dec 2009, I let myself get back to a 115.6 - I'm back on track and am going to get back to my maintaining range again!

Hi everyone, I'm Alee.
I am co-leader of the team. I have just set up this new thread in the hope of us getting to know each other better.
Each user starts a new topic with their username and says whatever they want to about themselves. We can each chat right here on the forum and know what's going on with each other.
Hope you guys find it useful.
About me, I joined in the beginning of March. I lost a total of 23 lbs. Now I am almost 7 months pregnant. I walk a lot on my treadmill and I still weight train using Cathe Friedrich's DVDs. I've put all my intense training on hold but I am really anxious and a bit impatient to get back to it.
