Tuesday 60 minutes of yard work

Sorry forgot to post this earlier.

Sunday - day of rest

Monday - get those 5 fruits and veggies eaten and 15 minutes of exercise - strength or cardio

Tuesday - Stay in your calorie range and crunches (as many as you can do, any type)

Wednesday - water, water, water - at least 10 cups and take a walk at least 15 minutes

Thursday - eat 3 fruits and 15 minutes exercise

Friday - do some cardio and strength today

Saturday - do something active with family or friend, outside if possible

Just do what you can. Besides you don't have to do them all at once.

only got 9 cups of water Monday, but have had 11 so far today

got the bicep and hammer curls done

I did pretty good with last week's dares, although I did miss a couple. Will try to do better this week.

Trip to the beach sounds really nice. I would love to have been there. Sandwich sounds good, too.

Sunday - take it easy

Monday - drink your water, try for 10 or more cups

Tuesday - do 50 bicep curls and 50 hammer curls

Wednesday - do 25 each leg abduction and adduction, standing or lying

Thursday - eat 3 veggies and do 50 shoulder press

Friday - eat 3 fruits and do 50 calf raises

Saturday - take a walk

You can do the # of reps all at once or break them up into smaller sets during the day

It rained most of the day Friday so I didn't get the walk in, but I did a few extra laps in the halls at work to help make up for it. Saturday for fun we took the boys to the beach and played there.

I was so proud of myself I packed sandwiches for the family, ham and cheese because they love them. For me I used the laughing cow cheese with no mayo and found that my sandwich was as good or better than usual. I didn't miss out on participating with the family and was able to stay within my daily callories. The sandwich had carrots and grapes for a side and was delish!

It's Friday, noon, on Guam. Did my 15 minute walk to get my mail. I am doing it faster than when I started so will have to figure out how to lengthen the route. I did 60 minutes of yard work this morning. Gotta go drink some water.

What do you plan for Saturday?

Last night I got my 50 push ups in (wall pushups) not up to the real ones yet. But to make up for it I did get a 7 mile bike ride in, my longest in quite a while :~)

I got the water in today, but that isn't unusual for me. 95% of the time that is all I drink, so I normally get in at least 10 cups each day. However, I didn't do well with the workout Monday. I intended to make up for it today, but didn't. Will try to make it up tomorrow.

Did the push ups today!!! Now I am sore so will not do them again tomorrow. Perhaps 10. I'll do the water tomorrow.

This is Thursday evening. I got 16 servings of fruit and vegetables in today. My yard work will have to be my cardio for Thursday. I got in 30 minutes but it was not real strenuous.

Okay, so I have got to get use to posting challenges everyday. Please bear with me. It is Monday evening I have just remembered I didn't post a challenge for today. Monday's challenge was to be to drink 8 cups of water. If you want add it to Tuesdays. Just post the number of cups of water you drank either Monday or Tuesday here.

I'm thankful for my SP 'Family' who has been so non-stop encouraging & kind during the ups & downs of weight loss journey. It really makes us feel motivated to loose a few pounds here & there, every chance we get. emoticon

I am doing this same thing on my Lifestyle Change team and thought it would be a good one for this team, too. I will post a daily dare each day and hope many of you will join in to meet the dares.

Today's dare, August 1, is to do something fun. After all, it is Saturday.

For Sunday, take time to consider all you have to be thankful for and give thanks.
