How did everyone do?? :) Did you make it to 31? Even if you didn't, did this challenge you to make working out a bigger part of your life?

Sorry I've been MIA for a while - super busy and not so much computer time... So here's my month so far
I'm in! and to start:
May 1st - 1 hour walking, 75 minutes yoga.
May 2 - 40 minutes jogging
may 3 - nil
May 4 - nil
May 5 -gym - run weights and stretch 90 min
May 6 - yoga and cycle - 120 minutes
May 7 - yoga and cycle - 120 minutes
May 8 - yoga and cycle - 105
May 9 - walking 30 minutes
May 10 - nil
May 11 - cycling 30 minutes
May 12 - gym and cycling - 120 minutes
May 13 - yoga and cycling - 120 minutes
May 14 - nil
May 15 - yoga and cycling - 120 minutes
May 16 - boxing and walking - 210 minutes
May 17 -limping and wincing all day long (see above)
May 18 - jog/walk - 60 minutes
May 19 - cycling 30 minutes
May 20 - walking 45 minutes
May 21 - cycling and yoga 120 minutes
May 22 - cycling and yoga 120 minutes
May 23 - cycling and boxing - 180 minutes
May 24 - NOTHING (and it was great)
May 25 - cycling 30 minutes
May 26 - walking and jogging - 90 minutes
May 27th - walking and jogging 130 minutes

5/1 - 40 minutes on the exercise bike
5/2 - 8 Mile run
5/3 - 30 minutes Wii Fit
5/5 - 20 minute walk at lunch, 20 minutes of abs and stretching
5/6 - 30 minutes stepmill, 30 minutes treadmill
5/7 - 35 minutes on the treadmill
5/8 - 30 minutes stepmill
5/9 - 11.5 mile run
5/10 - 3.5 mile walk
5/16 - 10.75 mile run
5/16 - swimming
5/17 - swimming
5/19 - 3 mile run
5/23 - 2 mile run, 5 hours walking at Disneyland
5/24 - 14 mile run, swimming and stretching
5/26 - 25 minute walk, 3 mile run
5/27 - 25 minutes am cardio
5/28 - 20 minute walk
5/29 - 20 minute walk
5/30 - 3 mile run, 30 day shred, 40 minutes Wii Fit, 20 minute walk with dogs and 30 minutes EA Sports Active
5/31 - 12 mile run, 20 minute walk with dogs

31/31 completed!

31 workouts in 31 days!!

Now, this doesn't mean you must workout every day of the month - each different thing you do that is at least 20 minutes counts. For example:

- 30 Day Shred and 25 minutes on the treadmill = 2
- Yoga class = 1
- 30 minute walk = 1
- Even stretching can count as long as it's at least 20 dedicated minutes

If you think about it like that, it's not so bad, right?
