My challenge will be to make smart and healthy choices while I am in Las Vegas for 5 days this coming week. I know I'll have to watch it!

Have you noticed the Daily Nutrition Feedback Report link on your SparkPoints page? Our nutritional challenge for this month will be to look at that report each day and let us know how you did. How many goals did you meet, how many did you go over and how many were you under. Keeping an eye on this each day should help each of us to find we are meeting more goals by the end of the month.
