The topic here was for ideas, if you have other ideas then throw them out there. The purpose isn't to exclude anybody, that is why I was asking for help with ideas. There can always, and I usually try to, be physical as well as nutritional challenges. The main thing is you have got to challenge yourself.

I cant do regular push ups but I can do wall push ups & do to my back I cant do regular crunches but I can do limited ones with my stabilty ball. It is frustrating when I cant do things thats what happened on the New Year New You team I counldnt do alot of the exercises like jumping jacks so what I do now r modified versions of things, how about if you n I work on a modified version of the challenge

Looks like February's challenge will be geared for the healthy members of our team who can do those hard physical challenges. God Bless You . . . maybe one day I'll be able to keep up with the team. That is my goal. For now, however, gotta bow out.

I like the idea of pushups or crunches, but you do need a day for your muscles to recover between workouts. We could do weekly totals or pushups or crunches, or tracking fitness minutes?

How about a certain number of crunches and wall push ups every day. I need an incentive to work on abs and upper body strength!

Do any of you have any ideas what kind of challenge(s)you would like for the team to do? I know it is last minute to be asking. Let me know if you have a challenge you would like to do.
