I know I'm pretty excited. My first race of the season is 6-1/2 weeks away. Then they come fairly quick after that. They follow 2, 4, 1, and 4 weeks apart. It gives me time to do a 4 weeks cycle of strength, speed then taper for the 3 sets of races with at least 2-3 days of recovery after each race. Probably a full week rest after the 3rd race doing mostly recovery rides and otherwise drills, short bricks and short speed work.

Don't forget to practice those transitions.
