Welcome to the DECEMBER 2012 Miles Challenge!

Set your own mileage goal for the month! Run, jump, walk, bike, swim -- just move -- your way through the month.

The goal tracking works like this. Add your name to the list in ALPHABETICAL order and your goal for the month. It will look like this:
