Let's try a new challenge here on By the Numbers - Healthy Habits Bingo

Starting today, we will be playing Bingo. You will need a 5x5 bingo card. You then fill the entire card with your choices from the foods below (no free space). Each day I will pick an activity and post it. If you have that activity on your card, complete it and then post that you have completed it and cross it off your card.

You can get bingos in a straight line, diagonal, four corners, and full card Bingo will win a goodie. All bingos will be rewarded with a goodie.

Here's the list:
Eat a green vegetable today.
Eat 1 serving of protein today.

Exercise for 10 minutes today
Do 15 minutes of ST today.
