I am going to try the sugar challenge for another week. Who is with me? emoticon

There are so many foods that contain sugar and hidden sugar that it is hard to avoid them.

We all know that sugar is not good for us and can lead to some problems, including bulging midsection, diabetes, and depression.

emoticon This week will try to stay at or under our daily sugar goal. Everyone’s goal is different so look on your tracking device or sparkpeople nutrition tracker to determine what yours is.
