yesterday, and the day before so Monday and Tuesday, I did 6 sets of 10 wall pushups, squats. Tomorrow, being Thursday, I will try for 6 sets of 12.

I did #1 - I made the whole wheat pecan waffle recipe this morning and actually also made a new recipe last night for dinner too - whole wheat pasta and sesame peanut sauce (with some added veggies and chicken). Both of these recipes came from spark recipes and were great!

I made Pistachio Crusted Pork Cutlets last night. Very easy and healthy too and yummy! emoticon

I am going to try to eat 3 fruits and veggies per day (#3). I would do the recipe but it is hard for me to do that without some preparation :)

Here's a chance to choose your challenge "by the numbers."

3. Get at least three fruits and veggies a day. Yes, I know it's supposed to be five, but a lot of us aren't there yet.
