Calorie Range: [varies by day but usually 1,260 to 1,800] I'll note if I am in the magical range.

9/22 - 1,618 calories, over range. Differential -869
9/23 - 1,354 calories, in range Differential -1,080
9/24 -1,332 calorie, in range Differential -1,228
9/25- 3,216 calories. WAY OVER RANGE Differential +1,026 epic fail

The weather is changing along with the seasons. The fall is a time of new beginnings so if you haven't been tracking during the summer, now is the time to start. If you have been tracking all along, good for you! continue your good work for great results!!
This challenge will help you stay on track!

In this challenge, we use the SP trackers to enter food eaten and calories burned and SP does the rest for us. You do not have to do any calculations yourself. SP has a report that calculates all this for you too. It's that easy.

Go to Reports, then Daily Calorie Differential. You'll find all you need for this challenge.

A pound is equivalent to 3500 calories. Let's try to have a calorie differential of 3500 calories this week!
