I saw this challenge on another team.

Your challenge is to exercise at least 3 times a week and post that you did so on this thread. The goal for each of us is to lose 5 pounds by Halloween. For those on maintenance, maintain your weight.

We have 6 weeks before Halloween so I think we can do it!
Stop by this thread at least once a week (but more if you want) and post what you did.
Even if you don't reach your goal, you will be healthier for participating.
Goodies to all that participate and a special goodie for those that meet their weight loss goal or, if you are at maintenance, maintain your weight.
