My range has changed a bit with the new fitness tracker.
1522- 1870 without exercise. it goes up to 2,500 with water aerobics and my fitbit.
7/14 - 1,957 calories Differential -525 calories
7/15 2,215 calories Differential -510 calories
7/16 - 2,040 calories Differential -1,018 calories
7/17 - 2,080 calories Differential -840 calories
7/18 -1,629 calories Differential -857 calories
7/19 - while I tracked it, I'm ashamed to record how many calories I ate last night. I did not have a calorie deficit for the day, maybe even the week.
7/20 - 1,297 calorie Differential -1,134

7/14 - calories 1206 differential -647 ( Cals are more, didn't track accurately)
7/15 - calories 1608 differential -455
7/16 -calories 1619 differential -290
7/17 - calories 1334 differential -825 - Woo Hoo!
7/18 - calories 1,328 differential -703
7/19 - calories 1,304 differential -461
7/20 - calories 1,630 differential -129

So my total for the week was roughly: -3510 or 1.002lbs

Keep tracking food and exercise for good results! This challenge will help you stay on track!

In this challenge, we use the SP trackers to enter food eaten and calories burned and SP does the rest for us. You do not have to do any calculations yourself. SP has a report that calculates all this for you too. It's that easy.

Go to Reports, then Daily Calorie Differential. You'll find all you need for this challenge.

A pound is equivalent to 3500 calories. Let's try to have a calorie differential of 3500 calories this week!
