It's that time of year when you don't need an excuse to have a cookout. You invite your friends and they bring all sorts of good (off plan) foods and you just have to have a taste, then spend the rest of the week trying to burn off those tastes. emoticon

This challenge will motivate you to do just that. Burn as many calories as you want per day and erase the foods from the list below. You don't know have to erase an entire item in one day, it can be over multiple days or you can erase multiple items in one day. Your choice! All to finish the challenge will get a sparkgoodie!
