I accepted your dare - and I actually did a 2 minute plank (WooHoo moment for me - I have only done that a few times!) . I dare you to do 2 sets of upright rows (you can determine how many reps in a set and if you want to use free weights or the resistance bands to complete).

seems it's just you and me on this thread! I'll take your pushups (yuck!) and raise you a radio program.

I dare you to listen to one of the podcasts from Spark radio.

(I download them and listen while I'm walking. They run about 45 min in the whole, but you can just listen to segments of 3-8 min each if you want.)

I did 19 minutes of dancing to the Wii Just Dance game tonight, as well as did about 15 minute walk around the park.

I "danced" to Pointer Sisters "jump" (try NOT dancing to that! emoticon )

Are you adventurous? Do you like a challenge but don't have hours or days to do it? Then this challenge is for you. ............... I DARE YOU!!!

Person 1: Posts a challenge. Let's try to keep them short and sweet: Drink 2 glasses of water or complete 15 bicep curls.
Person 2: Post that they've completed the challenge and then posts a new challenge (to be completed by the next person.

You can complete as many challenges as you want in a day.
I will periodically stop by the challenge and randomly pick people to receive goodies.
