Happy June!!!

Can you believe it is June already? Where has the year gone? Since the weather is warming up it is even more important to drink more water. Let's join this months Water Challenge and push ourselves to take care of our bodies. If you do not drink enough water you run the risk of getting dehydrated.

Dehydration can lead to serious health problems including but not limited to:

Excess Weight and Obesity
Fatigue, Energy Loss
Constipation
Digestive disorders
Dry Skin
Low or high blood pressure
Migraine headaches
Anxiety, Depression
Unexplained pains
And more...

Don't wait until your thirsty to start drinking water. Your already dehydrated if you feel thirsty!!!

To join this Challenge - set your goal for how many glasses of water you need to drink each day, multiply that by the days this month - which are 30 - and that is your goal. Post it here and come back daily or every couple of days to record your progress. Don't forget to comment on each other's progress, give them some words of encouragement and/or praise.

My June Water Goal Is: 2 cups a day, but I have this one cup I am attached to and it is quite large...I just need to figure out how many ounces are in that thing

6/1 - hardly any! And I felt the sluggishness too! ugh.
6/2 - 6 glasses, or 1/2 of the gallon of water I have in my fridge, not bad
6/3 - 8 glasses!
6/4 - 6 glasses
6/5 - hardly any, I felt so nauseous every time I tried..so took it easy
6/6 - dont remember
6/7 - dont remember
