March Goals:
Water: 280 glasses Fitness: 1440 minutes Finish making 4 dresses for my granddaughters by March 6 Finish making 2 shirts and 2 pairs of shorts for my grandsons by March 6 Last month I wanted to get my pictures hung on my wall and get the hymns typed for our new PC at church. I got both of those done. I went over my goal for drinking water. I went under my goal for fitness. I try to do better this month. Sunny days coming. I love to be outside!

Wednesday hasn't been a happy day for me, I am now sick. My son decided to share his sickness with me... So workout for me today.... It's been rest, clear liquids, chest decongestant pills, honey, tea, and chicken soup with plenty of veggies.... On the flip side I did get another sale on my homemade jewelry!!!

Are these easy or hard for you? If they are easy, try to increase the weight that you use. If you do not have any dumbbells - then get creative - you can use water bottles, soup cans, etc., anything with added weight will work. Come back and let us know how you did. My daughter loves to get up and dance even when its just to a tv commercial if we are watching tv. Most of the day is spent listening to one of the music only channels we have through our tv provider. The good part is it is just the music with no trashy videos. I spent 30 minutes with her yesterday just dancing our hearts out not caring if we were dancing weird or not. It was really fun.
Live every day to the fullest. Live every day like it is your last, love hard, and laugh often.

I dance 5 days a week for my cardio. I am so busy on Fridays, that that's the only day I don't do cardio other than Sunday. I hope you all have fun dancing either by yourself or with your kids.

I'm back after a hiatus for the last few months! I'm starting over from square one and very sore from starting the bootcamp a few days ago and then last night starting Insanity as my main cardio for the day. So I was only able to do 15 for the first set. I'll try to do more later in the day.
