****NEW MEMBERS***** also please note. This challenge is to be followed EXACTLY as set out. Copy/Paste the template given. Do Not Change the structure. This is designed to help you succeed.

Choose in each of the categories personal focus points to keep you on track. For those that got 5/5 last time remember to increase your goals - for a little push. :)

FITNESS: What exercise program, including Walking/Running/Yoga/Pilates/Stretching, are you wanting to commit to for all 5 days.

NUTRITION: What nutrition goals are you wanting to adhere to all 5 days? I.E cut back on coffee intake, cut back on sweets intake, eat only 1 serving each meal, get my fruiggies (fruits/veggies), donít gorge myself, make healthy decisions etc.

WATER: How many ounces of water are you committing to for all 5 days?

REFLECTION: Meditation, blogging, time-out each day, private journaling? Your choice... What will you do all 5 days?

MY MENTAL FOCUS: What are you struggling with mentally? Are you saying you can't do something or making up excuses not to stay on plan? What will you change during this week?

SLEEP: How many hours of sleep will you allow yourself to have all 5 days?

GET 'ER DONE: Choose something other than food/exercise that you want to address this week. Make certain you can spend some time each day on this. At the end of each day you will state what you have accomplished in this personal area THIS DAY. You can change this each day, to what you need to accomplish for the given day.

On Sunday or Monday you will develop your plan for yourself in the above areas. Put it in writing for accountability and support from your team mates.


TO UPDATE EACH DAY: Go to the prior days posting. Hit REPLY to the left of your post, just under your profile pic. HIGHLIGHT & COPY your entire previous days thread. PASTE that entire posting in the empty posting box on top. ADD your current dayís results. HIT: Post Message. OR If youíre like me and donít feel like digging up your post from the previous day, you can copy & paste into WORD document or NOTEPAD and edit it as you go, then at the end of each day or end of the week, post what you have done for the week.

I, Kris/ARMYWIFE4GOD, commit to the following, knowing that making myself important not only helps me succeed in my weight loss/health/fitness goals, but helps me help others better. I will commit to doing the following for all 5 days. Each day I will post to the teams threads. If I falter or fall, I will ask my team for support. I will give others support if they need it to the best of my ability.

These are my own personal goals for this week in the following areas:

FITNESS: exercise at least 10-20 mins a day
NUTRITION: eat 2 extra servings of fruit/veggies a day
WATER: drink 8 + cups of water daily
REFLECTION: Spend some time for ME 30 min a day.
SLEEP: 8 hrs of sleep
GET 'ER DONE: Mon: get in exercise, Tues: call guy in HI, Wed: do dishes, Thurs: go through boxes, Fri: Try to start packing.
