Oh, my bad, I guess I've been doing this wrong the whole time, lol... my bad! We were supposed to be doing the check ins every other week, not every day... haha.... oops! Sorry ladies, this is my first time running this challenge, Anna used to do this challenge, I didn't realize it was every other week. Oh well, we'll finish this one out like we've been doing and then NEXT time. I'll know better and we will run it properly.

LOOW (Last One Out Wins) Challenge - Plan B: will be starting May 10th.

This challenge is a little different than the LOOW Plan A challenge. The goal for this one is to help us make these life changing steps, NOT A DIET, into HABITS!! Every other week we will be concentrating on 3-4 different healthy habits. At the end of the month all those who have been able to stay in the challenge will receive goodies from administration.

Although this challenge is still sweet and simple it is a little more involved but not so involved that you can't participate.

Everyone that wants to be in this challenge MUST:

1. Sign in by MONDAY, May 9th!

RULES:
1. You stay in the game as long as you are able to
2. Only not keeping the HABIT LIST knocks you out of the challenge.....or
3. If you do a No Show (N/S) on CHECK IN DAY
4. Post every CHECK IN DAY by 11 pm (refer to schedule)
5. Post by either
------a. I'm Still In....or
------b. I'm Out - no need to show why

We will post a weekly list of who is still in.

So COME ON FRESNANS, LET'S GET READY TO RUMBLE!!
