It is a great way to explain how we must live. I sent the web URL to my nephew with Crone's. As a young man of 27, he has more clueless friends to explain things to - & as a newly diagnosed, he may gain some understanding of himself & his new situation. Thanks for sharing it. God Bless!

thank you for this...i have often had frustration with explaining to others, that when i go out in the evening to do things with them...i often have not done house work of any kind or much of anything during the early part of the day...having to save my energy and such for the time out later...this is gonna help me explain a lot to others, thank you again!!

That is awesome! I think I used up all of my spoons for today and some of tomorrow's stripping wallpaper in my kitchen. I think tomorrow will be a 2 spoon day.
