Here is mine:

On my honor I will do my best to eat healthy and move healthy daily.

If I can say that before each meal or snack I eill be on a better track. I think it is helpful for me. I decided I don't want something as long as the actual oath. But,this seems to be helping me. What do you think?

How about this for a wrap up sentence?

Thanks ... it doesn't feel like it's finished though. It seems to sort of end mid thought. I think I'm on the right track, I just need to find wrap up sentence.

I wonder how I missed this post. I like the idea of an oath for fitness. I'm going to give it some thought and get back to you. Here is a start ...

On my honor I will do my best to respect the body God has given me.
To exercise daily, for some amount of time, long or short.
To make good food choices and eat healthy, well balanced meals.
To set aside a little time each day to reflect on the blessings in my life in order to improve my mental as well as physical health

On my honor I will do my best to make my body healthy.
I will make good food choices to keep my mind clear.
I will make good exercise choices to keep my body strong.
**I will give Patrick lots of money. And promise to never give him chores for the rest of his life. **Don't allow sons to take the keyboard and type.

Anyway any one have some ideas on where to go from here. I don't mind if it gets completely changed.

In the last Scouting magazine they talked about fitness of leaders. (and boys too.)

I have been thinking before that I would like to come up with something like the scout oath to motivate me to stay on track.

I don't have much:

On my honor I will do my best to...

workout and get fit
Eat well to give myself energy

ect. something

So that I can be physically fit, mentally awake and morally straight.

I thought it would be a fun idea. Anyone agree and want to help write it?
