Long duty day today, so my only workout will be walking in the terminal and weight-lifting the beverage bins! Should have time to hit the gym in Pittsburgh tomorrow.

Have you thought about doing mini-streaks? My goal this week is to drink at least 32 oz. of water per day.

Here's a place to be accountable...hmm, maybe I should take me own advice!

Sorry I forgot Alicia, just haven't been doing too well foodwise - think it is mental blindness.
