Finished the month with 15 hours of exercise. Not too bad considering I got off to a slow start.

Starting December with a cold, but hope to do better this month anyway!

Thanksgiving stress here too! Family drama over dinner. I just gave up, so we'll be making reservations at Buca di Beppo next week! My dad can have turkey and I'll have ww pasta with marinara. I'll be making a real vegan holiday dinner on Friday.
Found out I'm working Christamas, as expected. I'm just totally depressed about the layover.

Exercise has been o.k., diet not so much. I made a chocolate chip banana cake. And ate most it!

On a brighter note, just got my Fitbit Force. Just charged it and put it on my wrist. I'll test it out on my way to RDU tomorrow!

Well it's about 2 pounds now! Kind of blowing it the last few days. Stress about trying to get 2 podcasts done and the house cleaned a bit before Mom comes down on Monday for Thanksgiving. I tell you, those old food/stress habbits die hard. But will keep on trying! Glad you're getting your exercise in. Today the Santa Anas have me all on edge too...How is it where you are?

Wow! 4 pounds! While it is nice to see the number on the scale go down, it's no fun being hungry all the time. Maybe add a healthy snack in there somewhere. I am so proud of you sticking to it!

It's been another crazy week, but I've been fitting exercise in where I can.
11.18: 60 minutes walk
11.19: 30 minutes walk
11.20: 30 minutes bike
11.21: 45 minutes bike

I don't have to be at the airport until 5:00 this afternoon, so I get to go to yoga this morning. Yay!

Nov 16, no (just a little over, but doing better today). Still having a lot of hunger, so eating more veggies and avocado and fiber-rich items to see it that helps.

Went hiking today and got many stories for the Thanksgiving podcast, so that was really fun!

So happy you are back in this forum, Laurie! I need all the help I can get!

My weight is the highest it has been in years and I just can't seem to get back on track. I ordered a FitBit Force (sometimes new toys motivate me for a while), but it won't be here for another couple weeks. Good thing I can track my exercise here!

November goals:
* Exercise 4x/week min.
* Exercise at least 16 hours/month
