Hi Alicia and Dee! Just jumping in while the tile floor sealant dries. I have no idea where the scale is at the moment, so ignorance is bliss. Don't know if I'm eating well or not, as the food is hit and miss depending on path to the kitchen. Pants are still a bit tight, but I can zip them, so think I'm ok for now. Some vaca then phase 3. House will be awesome, but we are so exhausted we are BOTH about ready to leave each other for a room with no junk and an unobstructed path to the bathroom. emoticon

Probably will sticky July's thread a few days early as no telling when I will get back to a computer-like device. Keep up the great work, hoping to join you again next month at least for a few weeks.

Another crazy week of flying! I've been eating way too much in a pathetic attempt to stay awake and haven't had much time for the gym. Off until the weekend, so I need to get back on track, exercise, and catch up on some housework.
Laurie, would love to catch up! Let me know when you have some free time!

6/21/12 - Dee you nailed it for me. Have only had the chance 2x to go to the YMCA or even think. However, I have been up and down the stairs carrying carp from one room to the other upwards of 5 hours straight some days. The house is getting there, and it is even to the place where I will be so glad to go to a kitchen unobstructed to prepare veggies that eating right and exercising on my terms will seem like a blessing and a joy, Hoping this will motivate me again. Great job on your streak this month!

Alicia, we will have to get together once my house is half way back in shape for dinner or lunch, and also for a slow bike ride by the beach another day. Poor bike butt is not in shape right now.

emoticon I did make it through. I sure wanted those Oreos soo bad at the time, but no regrets, lol. The doctor's apt went very well. This is a new doc for me and I really believe I'm going to love her.

She did prescribe some Thyroid for me though. She says I'm borderline and it's my decision whether I want to take it or not. I think I'll follow her suggestion and take it for 2-3 weeks and see if I feel any better.

Thanks, I can't believe what an awesome month I'm having. But I'm a little cautious about getting too excited. I've been reviewing my charts at CK, and it looks like I did well last year at this time of year too.

Thanks. I think it helps some to have no 'partner in crime' ... I am finished dinner, full, and am just a couple hundred calories below target. BUT I'm struggling with the temptation to go and get some ice cream and Oreos for later (just nervous about a dr. apt tomorrow, I think). Anyway, I text my DD, but she declined. Dang! I'll probably end up being good... like it or not!!! emoticon emoticon
