12/31/11- 40 minute hike to store and bank
12/30/11- not a darn thing :)
12/29/11 - 75 minute Ventura ride along beach and water 12 miles
12/28/11- 120 minute am ride Ventura along beach 22 miles
12/27/11- 60 minute am ride Ventura along beach 9-10 miles, 6 miles to Solvang and back from Buellton
12/26/11- 45 minutes ride in Ventura at sunset along beach 6 miles
12/25/11- 70 minutes Christmas ride on LA River 15 miles
12/24/11- 57 minutes hike round park and neighborhood
12/23/11- walk to and from YMCA from DH's office. 27 minute (smokin this distance!) 70 min. water aerobics. 2 min, jog 1/8 mile round YMCA track. First time jogging in over 5 years.
